Here are Lily Pad Interiors we strive to keep our prices competitive with the industry to allow our customers to shop knowing they are getting the best price. If you happen to find a price lower than ours, please use the Contact Us link to submit a request for payment return. Upon approval we will refund 110% of the difference for bringing this to our attention. All submissions must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase. This price guarantee applies to on-line retailers and does not apply to EBay sales, close-outs, or special promotions. Please include the URL for the website with the lower price.
 
Placing an Order
Orders can easily be placed on-line 24/7 with our user friendly website. If you need assistance, or would prefer not to use our secure shopping cart, we are available 9:00am 6:00pm EST at 1-800-892-LILY (5459). An order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail after an order is placed. Your credit card will be charged for the entire amount of your purchase at the time of checkout.

Sales Tax
Lily Pad Interiors operates out of New York State and therefore must collect 8.125% tax on all orders shipped to a New York address. No sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to any other state.

Cancellations
Here at Lily Pad Interiors we work to fulfill your orders as soon as possible, we therefore cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order. Please contact us via phone if you would like to cancel an order and we will do our best to honor your request.

Standard Shipping
Shipping charges for the Continental States are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. Standard Shipping applies to smaller furnishings, bedding, artwork, and accessories (almost everything except larger furniture). All items shipped via standard shipping are normally shipped ground delivery via FedEx or UPS. Delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days of the lead time indicated on your receipt. You will receive a tracking notification via Email when the item has shipped.

Standard Home Delivery
Larger furniture is shipped by a specialty in-home delivery service and includes placement of the item in the main threshold of your home or building. Expect this to take 1-3 weeks in addition to the lead time noted for your item. These oversized items require a delivery surcharge in addition to the normal shipping charges that is noted prior to purchase.
 
Premier Home Delivery
Our premier home delivery service for larger furniture is shipped by our specialty in-home delivery service, but also includes unpacking of the furniture in the room of choice and discarding of the packing debris. For some of our more expensive furniture pieces, this is the only delivery option that we offer. Expect delivery to take 1-3 weeks in addition to the lead time noted for your item. The added surcharge is in addition to the normal shipping charges and is noted prior to purchase.
 
How to Receive Freight Delivery
If either standard or premier freight delivery is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Delivery times are usually Monday – Friday during normal business hours and are worked in 4 hour time windows. If you are unable to meet your driver during the agreed upon window additional charges may apply.
 
While our home delivery service makes every effort to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order, it is important that you take an active role in accepting delivery. The following steps are a guideline for you to follow in receiving your delivery.
 
1.The professional moving crew should lower the packed item to the ground and give you time to inspect the packing as well as the opportunity to note the condition of the packing on the driver’ s paperwork prior to proceeding with delivery. Please take this time to inspect and notate any signs of wear, rubs, or packing damage. Also check with the driver to make sure that you are receiving the correct number of pieces which is listed on the driver’ s bill of lading.
 
Returns & Exchanges
For those purchases that you are not 100% satisfied with, you may return them, in the original condition and packaging. You will receive a full refund, exchange, or boutique credit for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and if the item was shipped with free shipping, this cost will be deducted from your refund. In order to process a return you must contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. After you receive your number you have 14 days to ship the item to us. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail.
 
Custom Made Items specifically listed as “ custom made especially for you upon order” cannot be returned. For all custom made items we strongly recommend that you order swatches and finish samples prior to placing your order to assure the colors and finish are as you expect. You may contact a designer at 1-800-892-LILY (5459) for assistance with this.
Swatch Request
Here at Lily Pad Interiors we want you to touch and feel the products prior to purchase, we therefore have a strong fabric swatch and finish sample program to assist you with your selections. Swatches can be ordered through the individual bedding and fabric pages.
Sample Loan Program
We offer a sample loan program for finish samples of many items, but mostly our furniture. Before purchasing a piece of furniture from us, we want to loan you as many color/finish samples as you would like from their line to assist you with your decision. We do charge your credit card for $10/sample at the time of order, and you will be given a full refund when they are returned to us. We include a pre-adressed/pre-paid envelope to return them to us in simply by placing the samples in the envelope and dropping it in your mailbox.
 
Custom Design
Custom design is the cornerstone of our business. We can customize (almost) anything either with a fabric from your chosen bedding set or with your own material (COM) sent to us. Lampshades, trash baskets, nursing pillow covers, and window treatments… .the possibilities are endless! We also have artisans that do custom painting, and can finish most of our furniture lines in custom colors (we are glad to assist you to get the color exactly right).
