Now that you’ ve done so much to lay the groundwork for a great design, it's time to kick back and simply comment on what we send your way. Using your sketch with measurements, we will create a to-scale drawing of your room. We will take your  furniture requirements and start moving pieces around the room. We look at the best layout according to function (is the changing table near the closet for easy access to clothes?) and aesthetics (what is the view as you enter the room? Is the  glider in the most pleasing location?) to give you the best overall plan. As a visual aid, we use little furniture cutouts in the general size of your furniture selections and move them around the layout. When we find something that we like we “ freeze” it and make a copy… and then move on to find other layout options. We may often give you more than one layout to review.

Once your layouts are complete, we will schedule a phone session with you to review each and come to a final decision.
