So we now have a fabric collection, hopefully with plenty of fabrics with which to work. The next step in designing your bedding set is to find the bedding styles that appeal to you.

At this point, we would like you to take a look at the pre-designed bedding collections on this site and find a bedding/crib style that best suits your tastes in terms of form. For instance

• Do you prefer tailored or gathered bed skirts?
  
  
• A simple duvet cover, or more detailed –   perhaps one with an inset fabric and ruffle/piping on the edge?
  
  
• A scalloped bumper, or something simple?  A ruffle and/or piping on the bumper edge?

Please browse through the pre-designed  bedding collections and add to My Favorites different bedding/crib sets that you may like for different reasons. Choose one with a favorite dust ruffle, one with a bumper or duvet cover, some favorite pillow designs, etc. If you like the skirt on one set, but a bumper on another, please remember that we can ask almost all of our bedding artisans to fashion your dream set in their custom shops. We will review your selections over the phone with you and then decide upon the best artisan to manufacturer your custom bedding.  For instance, if you choose a very intricately designed bumper that is specific to a particular bedding manufacturer, then we will most likely opt to have them fabricate your entire set.

Once you have made your style choices, we will then put together a custom designed bedding set for your review. Combining your favorite fabrics and styles in a pleasing way is what we do best!
 
We will photograph a mock-up of this design and upload it to your My Favorites/Design Center for review and discussion.

At this moment, it is worth talking about minky pillows and throws (which we can fabricate in all sizes).  If you have chosen minky as a fabric that you would like to see incorporated into your room, we have found that minky pillows and a coordinating throw at the end of the bed is a great way to achieve this.  As said before, we have not yet met a girl or boy who does not love the sumptuously soft feel of minky fabric. There is nothing like cuddling under a minky blanket or reading while resting your head on a soft minky pillow.  Everyone – yes the entire family – just loves these plush little luxuries and we can blend them seamlessly into your bedding design.
