Developing a floor plan (see earlier section) will give you a shopping list of furniture. In most cases we find that the bed or crib – generally the focal point of your room – should be selected first. Then you can take a look at the other pieces that accompany the bed you have chosen to determine if the entire set is right for you. One of the few instances where you may want to reconsider this order is if you plan on incorporating an  armoire into your dé cor. In this case, look through both the beds and the armoires to find the set that is exactly for right for you.

When browsing our furniture selections, please look only at the form/style of the furniture, paying no attention to the color at this point. Almost all of our furniture comes in a wide array of colors, and many artisans allow us to select a custom color. As you browse, be sure to add anything that catches your eye to your favorites. Even if it is not perfect, whatever part of it attracted your attention will give us some insight as to what you are looking for.
