If you choose, we can provide construction management services for the implementation of your design plan.  We will hire all the sub-contractors required for the installation, coordinate their schedules appropriately, and make sure that all work is performed to the highest standards.

After the initial consultation, when the scope of the project is better understood, a not-to-exceed-price will be provided for the design portion of the job. After the design is completed, and if you desire installation services, a not-to-exceed cost can be established for that as well.
